Summer has arrived in the North Cascades. The calves have been born, the turkeys are nesting and the osprey has returned to her nest. Woodland birds are here at the feeders and the deer make occasional appearances at the cabin lawns and fields.
*Hike the endless trails in the North Cascades, sit and relax by a high mountain lake or take a scenic drive through the beautiful Cascade mountain range.

Review from October 7, 2009 "We just returned from a 2 night stay and really feel like we discoverd a gem. The whole experience was lovely and relaxing. The cabin was charming, well constructed, immaculate and comfortable... a great homebase for local adventures( we went hiking, salmon fishing and walked along their stretch of the Skagit river(great sandy beach)!! Our three year old son loved all the playground equipment, toys and farm animals. Highly recommend Ovenell's!" |
