Spring in the North Cascades!!
Join us for some of these activities:Calving season begins in February. The arrival of about 80 calves marks the beginning of spring in the Northwest.
April begins the famous month long Skagit Valley Tulip Festival. Our close proximity allows you to enjoy the activities and when you finish, escape the crowds!
The skies come alive the third weekend in July with arrival of planes for the annual old-fashioned Concrete 'Fly In'.
Alpine Adventures offers Skagit bald eagle float trips, Upper Skagit family rafting, as well as white-water rafting on the Skykomish and Wenatchee Rivers.

Summer in the North Cascades!!
Summer activities abound as the weather warms in the heart of our valley. Our location by the wonderful Skagit River allows you to enjoy long strolls and forest outings. Favorite recreation spots include Baker Lake, Lake Shannon, the Mt. Baker Wilderness and the North Cascades National Park.

October is roundup and the Festival of Family Farms with a visit from 'Blossom'! If you don't want to join in the fun you can observe in the comfort of our barn. Fall color on the ranch is spectacular.

December welcomes the eagles home. Arrange a float trip or a fishing experience with a river guide; the National Park Service can provide guests with a list of permitted outfitters.

Fishing is famous this time of year! Ask the National Park Service for guide information.
We are 20 minutes from the Mt. Baker area and 10 Minutes from the Finney Creek Area; each area is spectacular for cross country skiing and snowshoeing.
We are only a short drive from cross country skiing areas. At the ranch, watch eagles and our resident deer.
